Privacy

What we process
- Your chart. ChatGPT sends us the names at the top, the date, table names and guest names so we can make the chart. Those names exist only inside the PDF and its preview image. Anyone with the private link can open them, so share it with care.
- A print request. Your e-mail address and event date.
- Usage events. That a chart was made or downloaded, that its print button was clicked or its order page opened, and that a request was sent, with a hashed ChatGPT user identifier (or a hashed IP address for other clients). Never names, e-mail addresses or full IP addresses. We use the hash for daily limits and to count people. Events are kept for 12 months.
- Server logs. Standard request logs, kept for at most 6 months.
- ChatGPT. OpenAI is a separate controller for what happens in ChatGPT; see OpenAI's privacy policy.
How long we keep it in our database
- A chart: 7 days, then it is deleted.
- A chart with a print request, and the request: 14 days, or 60 days once we have sent an invoice.
- A paid order: until it ships, then 60 days for reprints. Cancelled requests are deleted at once.
Who else receives it
Only if you ask us to print. We then reply from our mailbox, so your e-mail address and our conversation stay there under our business records. The invoice provider (Stripe or PayPal) receives your e-mail address, delivery address and payment details. The printer (such as Vistaprint) receives your chart, including guest names, and your delivery address. Those services keep their own records under their own policies, and these copies are outside the deletion periods above.
What we don't do
No advertising, no sale of data, no tracking beyond the usage events above, no use of your guests' names for anything except your chart.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy or deletion by e-mail. Residents of the EU and UK have rights under the GDPR; we answer within 30 days. Kinpress is not intended for children under 13.
